GYMNASTICS CLASSES IN BISHOPS STORTFORD

GYM TOT CLASSES

A 45 min class for children of around 14 months to 3.5 years to come along and enjoy movement and gymnastics with a grown-up with the help of coaches. A reward scheme is followed to progress skills. Each award earns a Valdez Badge! Parents/guardians need to pre-book classes. Email us to book: info@valdezgymnasticsclub.com. £6.00 per session.

PRE-SCHOOL CLASSES

A more structured 45min session, where children come into the gym without a grown-up. For children around 3 years up until they go into reception. Full apparatus is used and the Valdez reward scheme is continued to progress skills. £8.50 per session payable half termly.

MINI GYM CLASSES

A more structured 1-hour session, for children in reception-7 years. Full apparatus is used and the Valdez Award Scheme is started at level 7, where gold medals at each level can be achieved. £10.50 per session payable half termly.

GYM CLASSES

1-hour classes for children 7-9 Years, Training on full gymnastics apparatus, and continuing progression through the Valdez award scheme, with their own award book. £10.50 per session payable half termly.

 

GYM PLUS CLASSES

1-hour classes for kids 8-11 Years. Training on full gymnastics apparatus, and continuing more advanced progression through the Valdez award scheme, with their own award book. £10.50 per session payable half termly.

GYM EXTRA CLASSES

A longer session of 1.5 hours where more advanced skills can be practiced. For gymnasts 11 Years and above. £11.00 per session payable half termly.

SQUAD & DEVELOPMENT SQUAD

By invitation only – Squad gymnasts train 2 or 3 times a week and train to compete at national Independent Gymnastics Association competitions.
